{"id":27076,"date":"2024-06-03T21:44:43","date_gmt":"2024-06-03T19:44:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sera.asso.fr\/?p=27076"},"modified":"2024-06-17T23:36:37","modified_gmt":"2024-06-17T21:36:37","slug":"lozone-coupable-de-pathologies-respiratoires-graves-et-de-mortalite-en-europe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sera.asso.fr\/index.php\/lozone-coupable-de-pathologies-respiratoires-graves-et-de-mortalite-en-europe\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;ozone coupable de pathologies respiratoires graves et de mortalit\u00e9 en Europe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#xA0;L&#x2019;Ozone polluant secondaire de la pollution atmosph&#xE9;rique a provoqu&#xE9; 114 447 d&#xE9;c&#xE8;s sur la p&#xE9;riode 2015-2017, dans 35 pays d&#x2019; Europe : c&#x2019;est ce qui est annonc&#xE9; et publi&#xE9;&#xA0; dans <em>Nature Medicine, et ce <\/em>pour&#xA0; une population totale d&#x2019;environ 530 millions de personnes dans&#xA0; une &#xE9;tude men&#xE9;e par l&#x2019;Inserm, le Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal), et le Barcelona Supercomputing Center &#x2013; Centro Nacional de Supercomputaci&#xF3;n (BSC-CNS).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#x2019;ozone &#xE9;tudi&#xE9; se forme dans la troposph&#xE8;re, la premi&#xE8;re et plus basse couche de l&#x2019;atmosph&#xE8;re de la Terre. Il s&#x2019;agit d&#x2019;un polluant atmosph&#xE9;rique nocif form&#xE9; par l&#x2019;interaction de la lumi&#xE8;re du soleil avec deux autres polluants, les compos&#xE9;s organiques volatils (combustion de l&#x2019;essence, &#xE9;vaporation de combustibles liquides, production de gaz et de p&#xE9;trole&#x2026;) et des oxydes d&#x2019;azote (industries, combustion du charbon, essence&#x2026;) &#xE9;mis en grande partie par les activit&#xE9;s humaines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#xA0;Les donn&#xE9;es proviennent de mod&#xE9;lisations obtenues gr&#xE2;ce au dispositif de mesure de la qualit&#xE9; de l&#x2019;air Caliope, qui couvre l&#x2019;Europe qui&#xA0; permettent&#xA0; d&#x2019;&#xE9;valuer la dispersion et le transport des polluants atmosph&#xE9;riques, de la terre et de la mer,et ce&#xA0; m&#xEA;me sur de longues distances.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette &#xE9;tude a permis d&#x2019;aboutir &#xE0; quelques r&#xE9;sultats cl&#xE9;s :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon cette &eacute;tude, 88,3 % de ces d&eacute;c&egrave;s seraient li&eacute;s &agrave; une exposition &agrave; l&rsquo;<a class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;O3&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Ozone&lt;\/div&gt;\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.sera.asso.fr\/index.php\/glossaire\/o3\/\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]'  tabindex='0' role='link'>O3<\/a> en provenance d&rsquo;autres pays ; 11,7 % des d&eacute;c&egrave;s seraient relatifs &agrave; une exposition d&rsquo;origine nationale.<br>\nPlus pr&eacute;cis&eacute;ment, 20,9 % de tous les d&eacute;c&egrave;s observ&eacute;s sont li&eacute;s &agrave; de l&rsquo;ozone ayant son origine dans les autres pays europ&eacute;ens analys&eacute;s, 60,2 % &agrave; de l&rsquo;ozone provenant en dehors de l&rsquo;Europe et les 7,2% restant &agrave; de l&rsquo;ozone issu du transport maritime. L&rsquo;&eacute;tude a &eacute;galement montr&eacute; qu&rsquo;au sein de l&rsquo;Europe, l&rsquo;<a class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;O3&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Ozone&lt;\/div&gt;\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.sera.asso.fr\/index.php\/glossaire\/o3\/\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]'  tabindex='0' role='link'>O3<\/a> attribu&eacute; &agrave; la mortalit&eacute; &eacute;manait majoritairement des pays europ&eacute;ens les plus industrialis&eacute;s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces r&eacute;sultats, publi&eacute;s dans Nature Medicine, soulignent la n&eacute;cessit&eacute;
